About

I’m Kimberly O’Brien, a Leadership Coach, Instructor and Course Designer. I spent 20 years in the Corporate learning division of one the largest federal government departments in Canada where I developed numerous training programs and travelled across Canada to train regional heads of training on Financial and Human Resources systems. As learning trends evolved, my services included designing elearning courses for department employees and service providers.

In 2015, I resigned to pursue work as an independent professional facilitator and coach. Understanding that training is always more effective in conjunction with coaching, I went on to complete the Art and Science of Coaching program to compliment my training background. I now offer professional and personal development coaching. I LOVE working with teams and helping individuals understand their unique gifts and strengths.
